Khatm

Bilingual PDF signing, shipped in the UAE.

Free zones, fintech, real estate, and SaaS: your users sign in English or Arabic, from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or remotely. Khatm embeds the workflow in your product; UAE Pass and local trust are scoped with your project.

Your brand, end to end.

Digital banks, developers, HR, and GCC software vendors push short, bilingual, auditable journeys.

In the UAE, the goal is to keep your brand in control of the experience while connecting, when ready, the identity and trust provider chosen for the use case. Khatm delivers a testable PDF workflow layer. We do not claim UAE qualified signing, ready-made UAE Pass integration, or data residency.

Common use cases in the UAE.

  • HR onboarding & contracts

Hiring, amendments, and internal policies inside a bilingual HRIS, with clear People Ops tracking.

  • Real estate & reservations

Reservations, SPAs, and multi-party amendments with a shareable final PDF.

  • Fintech & client onboarding

Agreements signed in an enrolment journey before stronger identity if the business requires it.

  • Embedded free-zone SaaS

Add signing to an enterprise vertical without leaving your product UI.

Your questions, answered.

Do you offer UAE qualified signing?

No. Khatm orchestrates the PDF workflow. Any qualification depends on the trust provider and architecture chosen for the project.

Is UAE Pass included?

No. No UAE Pass integration is claimed out of the box. If your case requires it, it is built as part of the integration.

Does the journey support Arabic (RTL)?

Yes. The signer journey and interface are natively available in Arabic (right-to-left), English and French. Your brand and the languages offered adapt to your product.

Can we test before talking to the team?

Yes. The public demo lets you upload a PDF, place fields, and get a signed PDF with a test certificate, with no commitment.

How do we integrate Khatm into our product?

Through the API v1 sandbox: create a signature request, track its status, and receive events by webhook. The developer docs cover each step.

Does Khatm work for free-zone entities (DIFC, ADGM)?

The workflow integrates wherever your entity is established. Jurisdiction-specific requirements are reviewed by your counsel as part of the project.
